Thanks to your generous support, the proceeds from our annual fundraiser help us continue advancing Chabad of Midtown’s mission of bringing joy, connection, and Judaism to our growing community. With your partnership, we look forward to another year of meaningful growth and engagement—always with a smile.
We’re excited to share some highlights from the past year that were made possible through contributions from supporters like you:
✨ New West Location
In 2024, we proudly opened our third location in St Clair W and Glenholme, featuring: - A warm and welcoming daycare center, serving local families; - KOSH (meat restaurant) and CHAI (café), a community hub offering elegant and delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; - Our popular Friday Shuk, where community members can drop by to purchase fresh, Kosher food in preparation for Shabbat.
🌟 New Branch in Yorkville:
We also launched a vibrant new Chabad of Midtown branch in Yorkville, led by Rabbi Mendel and Mussy Deitsch, and their two lovely children, Sholly and Yehudis. This location has already seen incredible engagement through regular services and a wide array of community events.
🌿 Playground Enhancement Project
Looking ahead, one of our goals for this year is to enhance the playground at our West location, with plans for patio renovations, new play structures, and artificial grass. We’re aiming to complete the project by summer—just in time for our daycare children to enjoy an enriching and fun outdoor space.
And of course, our growing synagogue, community events, classes, and Hebrew School remain open and welcoming to all.
